The Olga simulator currently features two distinct flow models: Standard Olga simulator flow model, commonly known as the ¡®friction factor model¡¯, and Olga high-definition flow model, which was introduced in 2015 and updated in the Olga 2025.1 release. We¡¯ll explain the key differences between these two models and provide guidance on selecting the best one for your system¡¯s specific conditions.

Our flow experts will also provide an update on the development of a new flow model tailored to CO2 transportation systems¡ªa result of the CO2 REACH joint industry project¡ªas well as other new applications. Key topics include:
